With a 90/10 split and a $12,000 "True Cap", it's hard to beat us whether you sell 12 houses or 1200 houses a year! Most companies with low caps and splits are also charging a service fee on transactions, even after you cap! That's not a "True Cap". At Maine Real Estate Pros, when we say 90/10 and $12,000 we really mean it. You will not pay more than 10% of your commissions for a total of no more than $12,000 for transactions and that's that.

In order for us to offer such high splits, we are a "no frills" office. We have a modest but fully equipped office at 675 Main St, Lewiston and although it has everything you will need (fast internet, 2 company computers, Ricoh Copier/Fax/Scanner, and a storage area for signs) we do not staff the office. We offer a Placester website for only $5 a month but we do not offer you a CRM or any drip campaign software. Why don't we? It's simple. You should be allowed to choose the tools that best fit your team. Real Estate is not a "one size fits all" industry. What works for me may not work for you, so why should you be forced to help pay for products you don't want to use? We give almost all of the commission back to you so you can use some of what you saved to pick the products that work best for you and your business.

If you are at an office that fills your mailbox daily or is always calling you into the office for one thing or another you will understand how frustrating it can be.
