I bought a foreclosure with Justin's help this past summer. Without him, I would have ended up pulling my hair out! Not only did Justin handle the paperwork, but when I needed to scrape & paint the exterior before closing, Justin was there to lend a hand. I don't have enough words to say how awesomely helpful he was! Thanks! - Dave W.

Excessive credit, lack of credit...tight rope to walk, good points to consider for when you need good credit to get the best rate on any purchase...real estate or otherwise. Your credit rating is everything..right up there with cholesterol, blood pressure, sugar levels that can be live and death. Good blog post Shannon! Like the site!

I have asked the magic 8ball, the psycic hotline and 32 random strangers all agree that no one knows where the market is going. We will continue to work hard and adapt to the everchanging guidlines and processes. This too shall pass. We will all be glad when it does!

Hi Justin,

Great post. Here in Scottsdale the term “distressed properties” just keeps getting bigger and bigger. With the recent news about how the banks foreclosures process and lost original loan documents its not making any of our jobs easier, and I don’t think any of us know how far that rabbit hole go’s. I get asked 2-3 times a dad about were I think the real estate market is going, and honestly I have no clue at this point.
